Fruit Salad
Ingredients:
2 cups fruit (mango, papaya, pineapple)
1 red bell pepper, seeded, chopped
1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped
3 green onions, diced
Juice from one lime
- Chop any combination of fruit to equal approximately 2 cups.
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
